🔷 The impact of stress & anxiety
🔷 Discerning between signs of stress and burnout
🔷 Developing strategies to help regulate intense feelings to better access thinking and appropriate behavioral responses to both children and families
🔷 The 6 levels of emotional awareness
🔷 Exploring and adopting helpful stress-management techniques
🔷 The important role that librarians and books play in children’s lives
